What’s New in the Zepp App 9.10.x ?
If you wear an Amazfit smartwatch, here’s some good news: the Zepp app just got a fresh update for iPhone users! While it doesn’t look very different, the latest version (9.10.x) adds some helpful features that make your watch and app work even better together.
Let’s break down what’s new in Zepp App 9.10.x.
You Can Now Delete Nap Records
Have you ever just sat still for a while, and your watch said, “You took a nap”? π
Now, with the Zepp 9.10.1 update, you have the power to delete nap records that your watch logs by mistake.
This means your sleep info will be more accurate β no more random naps showing up when you were relaxing or watching TV.
This new option works with most Amazfit watches, including the newer Helio Strap. It’s a minor update, but one that makes a big difference for people who care about tracking their rest.
Better Syncing with Apple Health & Google Health Connect
If you track your weight in Apple Health or Google Health Connect, here’s something cool β Zepp can now read your weight data from those apps.
So if you use a smart scale or log your weight somewhere else, you don’t have to enter it again in Zepp. It all shows up in one place.
This started with version 9.10.0, and it’s slowly rolling out. Some users may not see it right away, but it’s coming.
Bug Fixes in 9.10.2 (AKA the “Clean-Up” Update)
The latest version, 9.10.2, doesn’t add any new features β but it fixes bugs and improves how the app runs. If your app was crashing or freezing, this update should help.
Even though it’s not exciting, updates like this help everything work more smoothly.
iPhone Users Get It First
Right now, this update is only available for iOS (iPhone). Android users will need to wait a bit longer β but don’t worry, it should be on the way soon.

I have found that my nap duration records are accurate. [REM sleep, not so much, although it used to be accurate.]
I didn’t know that touching this little arrow with the minus sign would delete my (significant) nap duration, which was accurate. Is there any way to restore my nap duration.?
Unfortunately, once a nap is manually deleted in the Zepp app, there doesnβt appear to be a built-in βrestoreβ or undo option. The nap data is usually removed from both the app view and synced records after deletion.
You can still try a few things that sometimes help:
Force sync the watch again with the Zepp app and check if the nap reappears.
Restart both the watch and the Zepp app.
Check if the nap is still visible in:
Sleep history
Readiness / recovery metrics
Zepp web dashboard (if you use it)
If the watch has not fully synced yet, disconnecting/reconnecting Bluetooth occasionally pulls older data back.
If none of that works, the deleted nap is most likely permanently removed from the app database.
It would definitely help if Zepp added a confirmation popup or an βundo deleteβ option, especially since accidental deletions are easy with the minus-arrow button.
